FIB Sports Tournament kicks off with indoor games

Tower 11 of the Reserve Bank of Fiji was alive on Friday evening last week with members of Fiji Institute of Bankers Affiliates competing at the first round of the FIB Sports tournament.

After FIB President Saud Minam officially launched the game, the competing teams took to the floor and compete with carom board games, troop ten and darts.

The sports tournament was initiated to engage bankers who are members of FIB to get time off from work and enjoy social functions and compete in sports.

In his opening remark, FIB President Saud Minam encouraged members to take time out and participate in these social events and get involve in FIB activities.

As part of the tournament each FIB Affiliate comprises a mixed team to compete and bonus points are given if their CEO or Manager takes part.

The official launching was well witnessed by members where they were treated with refreshments and drinks.

Round two Games will be held on Tuesday 24 October 2017 at ANZ Training Room, Level 5, ANZ House, Suva.
